Our firm provides a wide range of services to private and public companies in all aspects of company law and the law of securities. These services include, inter alia, the formation of companies, agreements between shareholders, ongoing administration of all the reports to the Registrar of Companies. In addition, with respect to public companies, our firm provides advice in all respects of the relevant legislation in the Companies Law and in the Securities Law, including, the ongoing handling of all the requisite reports to the Securities Authority and to the Stock Exchange.
Equally, our firm has extensive experience in providing ongoing support, guidance and follow-up to start-ups, from the promotion stage, the raising of funds and the recruiting of investors, as well as ongoing legal support.
