Adv. Dorit Zoldan
Dorit is active in the Firm’s litigation department and specializes in the field of labor law. Dorit provides ongoing guidance, support and follow-up to companies and employees in claims before the labor courts. Similarly, Dorit specializes in civil-commercial litigation, petitions to the High Court of Justice and administrative appeals, as well as in commercial arbitration matters and in conducting efficient and effective mediation proceedings.
Dorit is active also in the Firm’s real estate department and specializes in the field of purchase groups, retirement homes and ongoing guidance of commercial and private real estate transactions, from the negotiations stage, through the formulation of sale and purchase agreements and culminating in the providing of post-sale or post-purchase legal services, which include, inter alia, the registration of rights at the Israel Land Administration or at the Land Registry Office, representation vis-à-vis the local authority, the Land Registry Office, the Israel Land Administration and the tax authorities.
Equally, Dorit has vast experience in registering trademarks and in conducting proceedings with the Registrar of Trademarks.
