Adv. Hagar Cohen
Hagar is active in the Firm’s real estate department and specializes in planning and building law. Hagar provides ongoing guidance, support and follow-up to companies, private entrepreneurs and contractors in all of the planning stages. In addition, Hagar specializes in providing ongoing guidance, support and follow-up to purchase groups, commercial and private real estate transactions, from the negotiations process until closing the transactions. Likewise, Hagar specializes in the drafting of complex agreements, such as land development agreements. Hagar also provides post-sale or post-purchase legal services, which include, inter alia, the registration of rights at the Israel Land Administration or at the Land Registry Office, representation vis-à-vis the local authority, the Land Registry Office, the Israel Land Administration and the tax authorities.
Hagar is also active in the Firm’s litigation department and specializes in the resolution of commercial disputes and in litigation related to the commercial sphere and in planning and building law.
