Vered provides ongoing guidance, support and follow-up to large-scale and complex real estate projects and is highly experienced in the sale of hotels and commercial buildings, purchase groups, retirement homes, National Planning Scheme 38, disputes between neighbors, cooperative houses, land cooperation agreements, dissolution of joint ownership in land, tenders, auctioning, land evacuation and regular land sale and purchase transactions.
The legal guidance and support provided to the Firm’s clients begins from the stage of conducting the negotiations, through the agreement drafting stage and culminates in registration at the various land registry offices and the Israel Land Administration, including, the performance of tax planning in the final stages.
