Adv. Willi Itzhaki – Founding Partner

Willi is the founding partner of the Firm.

Willi has vast legal experience and in the framework of his areas of specialization, Willi provides ongoing guidance, support and follow-up to leading corporations, contractors and real estate entrepreneurs in Israel. Willi specializes in the handling of large real estate and commercial transactions, including retirement homes, the financing of real estate projects and representation in tenders and transactions in the field of infrastructures, purchase groups, quarries and an array of projects in diverse sectors.

Equally, Willi specializes in planning and building law and represents large corporations and real estate entrepreneurs before the various planning and appeal committees, all through the planning and development stages. Willi also specializes in the representation of offenders in criminal proceedings in the field of planning and building.

In addition, Willi has extensive experience in dispute resolution, arbitration and litigation. Willi has substantial experience in appearing before all legal instances in complex cases, in a broad range of legal spheres, including, in the areas of contract law, companies law, planning and building law, administrative law, basic rights, etc.

  • Chairman of the Board of Directors of NAPTHA (an oil-exploration government company whose shares are traded on the stock exchange) (1987-1992)
  • A member of the Board of the Israeli Securities Exchange Authority (1985-1995);
