Adv. Yael Launer – Lavi
Yael is active in the Firm’s real estate department, as well as in the Firm’s commercial department. Yael specializes in providing comprehensive legal services in the field of real estate, including ongoing guidance, support and follow-up of projects from the stage of conducting negotiations and culminating in the formulation of complex real estate agreements. Inter alia, Yael participated in providing ongoing guidance, support and follow-up to purchase groups and land development transactions.
Similarly, Yael specializes in providing ongoing guidance, support and follow-up to private and public corporations, including, the formulation of commercial agreements, ongoing guidance, support and follow-up of merger and acquisition deals and in all the reports that are required under the Companies law and Securities Law.
